High Hip
This is the measurement around your body about three inches below your belly button. Watch the above video to learn how to measure it.
Waist
This is the measurement around your body on your natural waist. you can find your natural waist by bowing, or bending to the side, it is where your torso creases.
Underbust
This is the measurement around your body under your bust tissue, about where a bra band is.
Bust
This is the measurement around your body at the fullest part of your bust. Take this measurement in a supportive garment such as a bra. Do not wear a padded bra or a sports bra.
