How to Print

The square logo with the "C" in it is the reference square. When you print, it should be 2 inches by 2 inches.

We highly recommend taking your pattern to a print shop to print it out on a plotter, like a giant blueprint. Individually printing and taping the pattern pieces is a chore and can result in inaccuracy in the pattern.

However, we also accept that you are going to do it anyway. Here is how you should print this at home:

Print the file in Adobe Acrobat. Open the pattern and then go to File> Print.
Click "Poster." Change "overlap" to .25 inches. Change scale to 100%.
Here is what your dialogue should look like.

Print a Test

Depending on the program, you may be able to print just a section of the pattern to test the scale. In Adobe, zoom in on your window so all you see is the square with our logo in it.

Go to File > Print
Under "Pages to Print" click the dropdown that says "More Options"
Click "Current View"

MAKE SURE the scale is set to "100%" or the "actual size" box is checked. this is in the "page sizing and handling" section.

This will print only the square. It should be 2 inches by 2 inches.
