Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
United States We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after your order has shipped.
Canada We ship to Canada at a calculated rate based on the weight and dimensions of your order. Your exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after your order has shipped.
Important Notice for International Customers — Duties, Taxes & Tariffs
All orders shipped outside the United States are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that your order total and shipping charge at checkout do not include import duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs fees assessed by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Cinch and Charm LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. By placing an order, international customers acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for any and all duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs fees assessed upon delivery. If you have questions about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs authority or a customs broker in your country before placing your order.
Please note: If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unwillingness to pay duties or customs fees, we are unable to issue a refund for the original shipping cost. Return shipping costs for refused packages will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Shipping Carriers We ship using major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order. Cinch and Charm LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@cinchandcharm.com. We will do our best to accommodate address changes, but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been accepted.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, Cinch and Charm LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. For damaged items, please contact us at info@cinchandcharm.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
